My long, long-time friend Marty Anne asked me to make a bag for her. In her soft southern drawl, she only specified “something simple, with feathers.”
Here is a picture of Marty’s bag. I put some feathers on it, along with some beads and an arrowhead that I made out of polymer clay.
Inside it has pockets, zipper, and keyfob. Marty Anne may like simple, but I like details.

It is hard to believe we are related when I see you have created such a beautiful bag and read the description of all it has to offer - a zipper and pockets! When I took Home-Ec we had to sew a bag. Mine had no details. In fact, it had a hole in the bottom which would have rendered it useless for its primary purpose. Luckily for me, if you held it just right, it appeared to be intact enough to earn a passing grade. I am impressed with your creation, Susan!

It’s my bag!
Very special bag. I go around showing friends how well it’s made.
That reminds me of a dream last night about cats, Sumo, vet, and me. We had so many cats and kittens. We would find cats not feeling well, put inside our van and carry to the Vet.
How kind you are.
